when people who have not been circumcised say the head of their penis is ultra sensitive, or hurts to touch, does that mean it is that feeling after you have ejaculated and its very sensitive to the point where sometimes it is not necessarily pleasurable to touch, and the nerves feel extremely sensitive, but not necessarily pleasurable
