>> No, a neonatal circumcison does not remove the frenulum. It does not develop as a ridge of skin though possibly because the blood supply to that area is interrupted- but that is a supposition rather than a proven fact-, but the nerve endings remain intact. Many uncircumcised men don't think that the frenulum is particularly interesting so if you don't get special pleasure from the mucosa in the V of the glans- where the frenulum lies-, do not despair.
