Without knowing exactly what was done, it is not possible to tell you if you had a dorsal slit or a circumcision. A circumcision is most likely but there are some surgeons who will try to preserve every bit of foreskin even if it is not the "right" thing to do. A description of your penis, once it is healed, would help.
