Well, here's a thought. The uncircumcised penis has very little in the way of increased pleasurable feelings. It is, however, very likely to feel painful stimuli that the circumcised penis would feel as neutral or actually pleasant. The hypersensitive uncut penis is really NO advantage- it just, IS!
