The line down the length of your penis is the raphe. In the womb you had a female form, but male hormones made the parts that become the labia and clitoris in women come together and form the penis - the line is where the oppsing sides come together. Yes, the raphe should be continuous - in fact it NEVER should have been cut. I can see what you're saying, but how much do you go showing it off anyway. If it's around men, they will politely avoid staring and if it's around a woman, it'll probably be erect. You stand a very large likelihood of doing more harm than good with additional surgery. But if you want to, have it checked out.
