All men should be able to retract the foreskin fully in the erect state. It should be looses enough that what is the 'tip' of the foreskin should be able to be pulled back to somewhere near one third of the shaft. The frenulum should not cause the penis to bend downwards with this much retraction. That is normal. many men live with much less ability than this but if the foreskin cannot be puled way back beyond the glans, then intercourse will never feel as good as it should be. Now, I know, mr Ralesk has said it doesn't matter and millions of men don't complain about it. He's right and it's very sad that they don't know how to correct it and will not experience better sex, not to mention lowering their risks of cancer of the penis and their partners risk of canvcer of the cervix. These are real problems that an unretractable foreskin brings and that doesn't take into account the hygiene aspects. But ask Mr Ralesk about how to do proper foreskin management as I had mine removed a few years ago and so am not as good an authority on this subject now as I once was.
