frenuloplasty (post surgery)

I just had the surgery performed on Friday, and it is now early Tuesday morning (before going to bed). I have felt some uncomfort due to the stiches left in, however when i retracted my foreskin, there was some mild bleeding. Im unsure whether this was from the stiches rubbing or the actual cuts from the surgery. Is this normal to be happening after 4-5 days.
