Now, I think I understand. The line under the glans, that is slightly raised up, then changes to a colored line is the frenulum. And the darker line from the scrotum to the circumision scar is called the median raphe. All normal.
If a circumcision was done 'lopsided' it is possible that it could 'pull' the penis to the left BUT the tension in the skin on the left would be so great that the scrotum on the left would be pulled quite a distance up the shaft. In this case, there would be absolutely NO movement of the skin along the shaft on the left but you would have plenty of movement of the skin on the right. This would be most unusual. Much more commonly, one sees a penis that curves to one side. If you imagine a banana placed on it's side, that is the effect. This would go along with the description you give of why the lines don't meet in the middle. This is a normal variant of the penis, and apart from the fact that it looks a bit different is absolutely nothing to worry about. If, on the other hand, much more foreskin was removed from the left side compared to the right, then the extreme a tightness with NO ability to move the shaft skin at all on the left would indicate a poorly done circumcision and that can be fixed. But I suspect that is not the case. Hope that helped. David.
