i have been circumcised since i was a baby, and as for masturbation, i dont know how tight you have been circ'ed, but i am pretty tight upon full erection, and can still pull my skin up on the head enough to masturbate without lube. i used to use lube, until i began this and then after getting use to it, i rarely use lube. its so much more convenient. although lube gives its own different feel. lie on your back and use tissue on your stomach and let the ejaculate shoot onto the tissue, and then wipe of the rest, its that simple without lube. also where the frenulum is or used to be, try giving that area a lot of friction (without irritating yourself of course), this area is very arousing alone.
