That is what I thought. An injury at the time of circumcision would leave a vrey obvious defect. Why the raphe(line) is like that with a curved penis, is that in the uncircumcised state the line actually follows a curved course. What has happened is that now that there is a piece of foreskin missing, so that instead of a gradual outward spiral, the line appears to have suddenly jumped to the left.
