Post op pain is almost always in the hands of the surgeon, since it's the skill of the surgeon and propper bandaging that helps to reduce post-op discomfort. After mine, and after being sent home. three hours after the op, i took a nap for three hours and went to dinner and the continued with a full work schedule after that. Not recommended I know but there was so little pain, I took two Tylenol to go to bed the first night and that was all. If you glans can't even stand air to blow on it (I have a Danish friend who says he is THAT sensitive) then it will be more uncomfortable. If you have a doctor who does these all the time, he will see to it that you have the quickest post-op recovery. Good luck and enjoy your new you!
