thanks for the answer. hopefully this is the last question i have to ask about this for now. why does the spot where the frenulum would be or is, although on me its slick, kind of numb somewhat like a scar, on light touch. i know you say that the frenulum has not been removed since i was circ'd at birth. have you heard of this often. a vibrator PRESSED on that spot is GREAT.
