Scar tissue on tight foreskin?

Hi i recently had a frenuloplasty which has helped a great deal, but i still have a section of tight foreskin about 1cm long that means i can just retract behind the head but no further.

Anyway i have been stretching for a while, recentlty with betamethasone, but i may have been stretching too hard and am worried i may have cracked the foreskin and developed scar tissue. Does anyone know what this looks like, or possibly know where i could find a picture on the net somewhere? If not, i can see a few tiny white specks around the tight area i have been stretching, does this sound like scar tissue? If so how seriously will it affect my chances of successfully stretching?
