Actually everone should retract as it helps to keep urine from getting under the foreskin. That is not the best way to keep the penis healthy. Penile infections occur much more readily in the warm dark space afforded by the preputial sac. Actually your aim should be better as the stram should be dead straight and not wobble as it most often does through the foreskin "hose."
You will find that some of the foreskin fetishists will disagree with this- they enjoy the feeling of urine going through the skin. On one forum a s fellow stated that as another reason to have a foreskin! Oh, well.
