tear of the stitchings

I had my circumcision surgery on Apr 27. Today is day 10. Swelling is still severe. I cannot see the upper rear edge of the helmet because it's covered by swollen skin at the stitches. I can see from the sides and the bottom though. There is also a tear in the stitches as of this morning and I just noticed that it has clear color discharge. Laying down seems to ease the swelling a little. Any one has similar experience or comments?
