Be aware, however, that if you can retract somewhat (you haven’t been very specific about it), while having sex there’s a chance for what is called ‘paraphimosis’ — when the tight foreskin gets stuck behind the head of the penis (glans) and cannot be easily pushed forward, disturbs the circulation, etc. Once the foreskin’s opening is loose enough to be easily retractable at any state, there is no more such threat.

If staying whole is the route you want to follow, all you need is your two hands to improve things — although it definitely takes quite some time.
