True phimosis would be what you have if, when you pull back the foreskin, there is just a smll hole in the sleeve of the foreskin. The only satisfactory cure is circumcision. Anything else leaves you with a penis that will never meet your needs and much worse... you will have the highest rate of cancer of the penis of any male. This is not to scare you but you must know this! Men with phimotic foreskins are at the greatest risk for this disease. Please see a specialist!
