Certainly. I asked because I'm currently writing down my own pre surgery history, and had planned to post it here. At least 'Will-UK' has expressed an interest in reading it, and maybe others could learn from it. I'm one of those guys that have been going through pure hell for many years before finally seeing the doc.
My story won't be complete without some of my sexual fantasies. Not because I want to share my fantasies just for the fun of it, but because those fantasies have evolved (when it all looked hopeless), changed and faded (after seeing the doc) over the years. Some of them support theories mentioned on www.male-initiation.net, that's the _only_ reason for me to include them. There was _no_ kids, animals, unwilling participants or human waste products in my fantasies, but some people gets offended by anything that isn't "ordinary plain sex".
I see no point in posting a long story if it gets deleted a couple of hours later, that's all :)
