It may very well have been caused by the circumcision - that is why you and anyone else in a similar situation should contact "Attorneys for the Rights of the Child" or a similar organization and ask for advice FIRST, because if you have a 2nd operation done which changes it, it could bar your chances of recovery if you did want to proceed with a damages claim.
