Please do. I would be interested to know what is said. These comments of yours above remind me of what I just posted about the young man who had a case similar to yours in which he received damages for the emotional upset and lack of confidence it caused him being damaged like that. I can send you the legal case if you are interested in reading it and you can determine whether or not you want to consult with a lawyer first before having anything done. If you change anything on your body, and then want to make a legal claim later, the other side may say that you have altered what was originally done, and that you don't have grounds for a claim anymore, so you shouldn't have surgery before consulting all your options.

>Thanks for the info.
>I can accept the fact that my penis may just be like that, I still do not understand why the lines do not match up. It's quite obvious that they do not meet and it does not look natural. Imagine cutting off the whole penis 2/3 of the way up, then rotating it 80 degrees and sticking it back on - that's what the lines look like, and that's pretty much how it hangs most of the time.
>If I pull the two points together to where it seems like they should meet, the penis seems like it would hang straighter. I think the tension (if any) is slight because it only rotates that much when flacid.
>I finally mustered the courage to get an appointment with the (free) campus health center. I'm getting it looked at by a doctor today so I will not have to wonder anymore.
