>Dear 16 year old,
Please realize that by the time you are 18 yrs old you will probably have the maturity to talk to your parents about the bumps on your penis. Then they will help you go to the urologist and you can discuss getting cream to stretch the foreskin. You must attempt to education yourself on all of your concerns....veins, bumps,phimosis....on the internet. Most males do not want to talk to the doctor. 30% of males have bumps (PPP)on some part of the penis, and yet they are extremely frightened about it. Try neosporin for the bumps. They are fatty deposits. Do a search on the internet for white bumps on the shaft or corona, and you will find results. I mention all this because my son can talk to me about such things, and it makes me realize that there is a lot of fear out there. He also had phimosis, and we did a dorsal slit when he was 10, and I think that was wrong. Hopefully, he will have it corrected some day, that is, restored and sewed back up again.
