The thing is I am pretty mature for my age, II have hair in all the weird places (haha) and my penis size is about right for my age (I think). So I am thinking I have true phimosis.
The bumps concern me as if I squeeze them then white stuff comes out, but they are black before squeezing them. Maybe I should try some of that neosporin stuff?
