Only rarely does one get infected and all men have them, usually close to the scrotum but they can be anywhere on the shaft and only very rarely on the foreskin. These cannot hurt you and I guess it's okay to squeeze a little but don't continue if one of them becomes hard and red. Occasionaly they will become pimples and can be squeezed gently though I know ther would be those who would say don't. I have done it a few times and nothing bad happened. There are stips that you can use for blackheads on the face- I bet these would work and might be better.
