Which you are, actually. Pulling the foreskin out forwards helps more with the frenulum breve than just opening the foreskin with your fingers (like the methods explained on 12013 and 12043.)

Where exactly is yours then? There are veins all over the place there, I have a quite big one on the right side of the frenulum, going right on the frenar band. Some are more visible than the others, rarely any should cause an actual problem though.
