Not retracting the foreskin during sex

I had a frenuloplasty operation last November, I'm very grateful to have had this operation. I can retract the foreskin pass the glans but not further. I'm wondering if there's anything wrong with having sex with the foreskin not retracted or slightly retracted(?). I don't have to worry about anything on me ripping anymore, because I had a frenuloplasty done, and because of some sensitivity on the glans--not retracting it would give me the most pleasure.
Is it common for some guys to practice this(not retracting their foreskins)while doing sex.
