I think it all comes down to you and your partner being able to enjoy sex. If this pleases you and her, it's perfectly ok. Personally, when I couldn't retract my foreskin I had some trouble during penetration. I had to be very careful not to cause pain to the woman or myself, because the reason why the foreskin is retracted during sex is to act like a lubricant; it goes back during penetrarion so there won't be too much friction. If it does bother, though, you can always use KY or something.
