Personally, when I couldn't retract my foreskin I had some trouble during penetration. I had to be very careful not to cause pain to the woman or myself, because the reason why the foreskin is retracted during sex is to act like a lubricant; it goes back during penetrarion so there won't be too much friction. If it does bother, though, you can always use KY or something.

Thanks for the reply--As I said before I can retract the foreskin behind the glans, but not at the first try(it goes halfways)after it becomes lubricated it goes behind the glans--I'm wondering if that's enough, or is it more advisable for the foreskin to have more flexibility and go a little bit more pass the glans. I'm afraid fo reatracting my foreskin for too long, because when I had the frenuloplasty, while healing I left the foreskin retracted for two days with the bandages there and then to my surprise the foreskin became swollen(paraphimosis)-but was nothing but a scary incidet because I manged to pull the foreskin forward without any problem. What is my homework on this case?
