>Thanks for the reply--As I said before I can retract the foreskin behind the glans, but not at the first try(it goes halfways)after it becomes lubricated it goes behind the glans--I'm wondering if that's enough, or is it more advisable for the foreskin to have more flexibility and go a little bit more pass the glans. I'm afraid fo reatracting my foreskin for too long, because when I had the frenuloplasty, while healing I left the foreskin retracted for two days with the bandages there and then to my surprise the foreskin became swollen(paraphimosis)-but was nothing but a scary incidet because I manged to pull the foreskin forward without any problem. What is my homework on this case?

Is the opening of the foreskin tight? When you try to retract it, does it produce the “hourglass effect”? If yes (and you want to change it) your homework is described on the pages 12013 and/or 12043.
