has any heard of Postec?

i've just known about a new medicament called Postec by Aspen for local application whihc avoids the need for circumcision . The active principle is called Hilaluronidase together with Valerato Betametasome.
I' would like to know if any of you has heard of this or know of nay doctor who knows about it. It can be just a very good solution cause as i read the medicament in studies made has used in both children and adults.
