Mom, he is entirely normal as the lips of the meatus can vary, in that one side may seem a little swollen (it isn't) and that makes it protrude further and that directs the stream to the opposite side. Almost always, the circumcised child pees dead on target while the foreskin creates a wobbly stream. Doesn't always as you've seen. Your 5 yo has no abnormal condition.
