About your sensitivity, I find it quite interesting that after 3 weeks you can already sleep naked without discomfort. That's a pretty big jump from before you got cut huh? You're saying sexual pleasure has decreased 50%? Can you really tell since you said you barely did anything since the op was done? I assume the swelling and such kinda takes away some of the pleasure no? Your statement is quite disturbing to me. I've been debating wether or not to get the op done all day.. Both sides have pros and cons. :( But 50% decrease is alot, you're really the first "newly cut" person that says it is such a drop in terms of pleasure. From other reports i've read, almost all of them said the sensitivity afterwards was the same as before, minus the over-sensitivity (pain). I certainly hope this will be my case, I don't want to actually lose pleasure, but rather lose the pain.

As for my op, I am getting it because of phimosis as well. I've had it for over 10 years now and I am tired of it. I've tried stretching and altho it has been better, i'd much rather have a hassle-free tool without any pain or potential for problems.

About the nightly erections, I think the tight underwear contributes to those, not sure though. (You get them regardless but the tight pressure on the penis might be an exciting factor while you sleep)
