Sweet Smell

Hey guys
It's been a week now that I smell such a sweet musky smell from my pelvic area.
I never had it before and so I was wondering if any of you guys may have ever had that too.
Would is be a problem with hygiene? But I've never had such a smell, or at least never that much. Actually I guess it's something that only I realize in myself but I guess it's something which other people even close to me don't.
