You are normal. The variations are so great that it is hard to say any one thing is normal --except obvious pathology of course. Ralesk has noted he's smoother covered and that is typical of an uncut guy. The glans that's exposed, though, feels more velvet like than silk! Pick your material- they are both acceptable.
