Wrinkles are just an indication that you have plenty of skin to cover the necessary area, so it bunches up against itself , creating wrinkles that can then stretch out when needed (during retraction and/or erection.).
Wrinkles are also a sign that your skin is thicker and elastic. Thin narrow forerskins don't have wrinkles and are more likely to have phimosis.
