Stitches dissolving, wound not healed!!!!!

Please help! i was circ a week ago, and still in great pain! my stitches are starting to dissolve (one fell out moments ago) and my wound has not healed! i was told yesterday that i have an infection, could this be the problem? should i go to A&E to get it checked or go to my GP in the morning?

Please, Please, Please help i am in great discomfort!!!
