Go to the doctor or his office ASAP to get antibiotic. It's not emergency, but it will get worse if you wait. Take the rest of the week off and get some rest. Stay in bed. You will need it. I had infection on about day 5 to 7 without realizing it. I waited three days thinking that it was only normal swelling and I could hardly walk by day 10. The swelling was terrible and painful and feels heavy down there. That was about 12 days ago. Today is day 22. I still have a little blood oozing from the wound, a lot less swelling and bruising, and all stitches are gone. Erection is avoided but not painful enough to wake me up at night. But without infection, I can walk normally, in tight underwear to keep it looking up per David. I think keeping it looking up really helped to get the swelling and bruising away. My doc did not tell me that.
