Threelions, there's no need to panic. What you need to do is this:

Run a warm bath, with a handful of salt in it but no bubble bath. Get into it. You might want to bring a book, because you'll potentially need to spend upto about an hour in there. The salt water will slowly dissolve the small clot that's sure to be the problem.

You'll find it helpful to slowly move the water around. If you can bear it, cutting your underwear free at your hips will help it to be gently moved about by the water. There's absolutely no need to tug at the fabric - it'll just fall off when it has soaked enough.
