Oh, BTW, use gauze to isolate the underwear from the wound. I still have some oozing on day 24 (today), but it's so little that usually a few droplet of water will take care of it. I suppose you would proceed like that too. You can use a mug of salt water for now to get the gauze wet, and it will float off by itself in the mug. It's easier to use a mug of salt water than to sit in a whole pool. Make sure the salt solution is comfortably warm to get fastest effect. Salt water will also help cleaning the wound.
