This is going to sound strange, but my 8 yr old had his circumcision yesterday and said this felt much better than his underwear against his raw skin: I used some of my panty liners in his underwear. They have a texture on the surface that keeps it from sticking, and is helping save the furniture from the slight bleeding/spotting that was still going on last night. Maybe ask a trusted female friend for some? Pride vs pain
