Homeboy, the most important thing is that you're certain you want it done. If you are sure, then there's no reason not to go ahead. If, however, there's the slightest doubt in your mind, I'd advise you to wait and think about it some more.
I was circumcised as a young adult, and have no complaints at all. I'd be glad to answer any questions you might have about that.
The cost can vary a great deal. Doctors usually set their own prices. If you're in the USA, you may find that your insurance (if you have any) will cover some or all of the cost.
