>About the underwear, the nurse told me to wear loose underwear, or none at all.. so contradicting statements here. I actually bought tight ones this morning since with the bandages tight was the way to go.

I had a circ a month ago. I used to wear a bathrobe as much as possible during the day, so that I was as dry as possible, and to avoid any friction.
I used tights at night. Don't think that wearing loose underwear is possible so soon, you won't be able to tolerate the pain and discomfort. It took me a little more than 3 weeks before I could sleep naked, and wear loose underwear during the day.

>My other concern with all of this are erections. I woke up alot last night with the start of one, and i am scared to death of having a full one. With those stitches pulling it will likely hurt so bad i'll cry.

I doubt that You'll get a full erection. The pain will wake you up, and the erection will go away. I used to wake up at night as well the first 3-4 nights, and the erections never made it to full size, simply because of the pain. I don't know of any 'cure' that might prevent the erections.

About glans sensitivity:
The first week is the worst.
Sensitivity slowly decreases the first 2 weeks, and then faster. It will usually take approx 4 weeks before sensitivity is normal.
I tried a vitamin B5 creme during week 3, and sensitivity decreased fast. I don't know if the creme caused it, others have reported fast sensitivity decrease during week 3 without using creme.
You can read about the creme here.
My 'test results' can be seen here.
