foreskin getting stuck?

Hi,

I have a tight foreskin, when i try to retract it when i have an erection, the upper part of the head becomes much larger as im retracting which causes me to stop because it almost feels like a sort of semi paraphimosis only the ring is blocking circulation halfway down the head, not fully retracted. It's as if the foreskin is about to get stuck and it causes me to panic.

also sometimes when i let the foreskin naturally return to its position.. it seems as if it has 'folded over' itself on the inner foreskin, and i have to pull the tip to 'snap' it back up into its proper position. is this normal with phimosis also?
