I cannot even budge it when erect. Anyone else similar to this and can give advise in addition to my Preputial Plasty question?There have been an amount of people who were in the same or similar situation and ended up solving it all on their own, with no cost.
I haven’t seen anyone else here have this done, but I seem to recall someone who went in for something minimal and got talked into general anaesthesia and got a not-asked-for full circumcision as a result. Do take care and better endure the sight than come out with something vastly different from what you asked for.
