If you indeed manage to get it stuck behind the glans, try not to panic. Paraphimosis is not fun, but not the end. Gather the courage and press on the glans, trying not to rub it. Once you press enough blood back into the shaft, you should be able to push the foreskin forward again.

Pretty normal. Happens to people without phimosis as well. In fact, I would guess that most people who are known to expose on erection or have a “short” foreskin, actually just have it rolled in like that and don’t know they can tug on it and return to home position.
