You can try stretching the foreskin to induce additional growth of the frenulum,(sucessful for some, not for others), however this is a time consuming process which may take up to 6 months or more to obtain the desired results. If you decide to stretch, Don't cause yourself pain or discomfort,(numbness). I have never fully retracted my foreskin down to the base of the shaft.Can problems with frenulum breve be temporarily solved with condoms? I have never handled condoms before, so is it possible to wear a condom over the foreskin that hasn't been retracted over the glans? I might be thinking of penetration in a few weeks' time.Should i go ahead with it? What exactly is an incision when it comes to frenular contexts? Is the frenulum fully cut off? Please let me know...
