Nearing Month after Frenuoplasty

Its been nearly a month since i have had the surgery. When i attempted to have intercourse with my girlfriend. I found that if the foreskin was retracted too far it would still pull on the skin undernear the glans and hurt quite a bit. It is basically right at the top of the scar(marking) left by the incision. Whill this go away with more time healing, or is this a problem. I have no problem retracting the foreskin normally, but if it is pulled to the maximum (need when entering during sex) it hurts to the point that i cannot continue, at one point when i was trying to manually pull my foreskin back to see where it was pulling, it started to mildly bleed, that was about a week ago and i left it at that, but i can still feel the tension that is there. Any comments would be helpful ,thanks
