yeh definatly, first 2 weeks was horrible, wearing underwear at all was painfull. but wearing tight fitting pants does help a lot to keep it still. after the first 3 weeks i was able to go back to school etc, and by the 5th i was playing rugby. So it gets a lot better a lot quicker after the 3rd :)
