Well… the operation can fix it, but we’ve seen some troubles of recent, so I don’t know. Without it, I think it is important to let the wound heal and abstain from forceful use of the penis for a while — if the event occurs again, I’m pretty it can’t go on forever: there is just that much frenulum that can tear.
