Weird ridges next to the wound line, post-circ

Well I am on day 15 now, I need to update my circ log, and for some days now i've noticed 2 ridges forming up behind the base of the glans, on top. It LOOKS as if two little pieces of skins swelled up.. they are rectangular and it actually feels like they could be taken away since they are "loose".. They do bleed a little, and it is at a place where one of the stitches fell off too quickly. I am getting worried it won't go away, since it looks like excess skin, it doesn't seem like it could just go away like that.. any idea on what it might be? I know the description is blurry, but i'd feel way too weird posting a pic of it here.. :)
