Hi, my name is Bob, I am 17 years old. For about the last 2 months i have been stretching my phimotic ring, since it is tight. When I first started it was painful to stretch it past the glands when i was flacid, but now I can stretch it past the glands when i have an erection. But I've gotten to the point where I am having trouble. I can get it behind the glands when erected without any pain, but I can't get it down the shaft, as the ring is too tight. I tried masturbating with it behind the glands, but the ring swelled a lot and was puffy and red. What can I do so that I can get the ring down the shaft without any pain. List specific methods please! THANKS!
